one forum thread for news

It would be great if moderator make one forum for news, for those who come to forum and to know what is happening, like who is promoted to which rank, who is denominated, what AXIS is, and who is where and why... I come to forum from time to time and need to check archives and it takes to much time to read unneceseary data. Also i see some new colors under some names, so it would be great to have one thread only for that and when i or anyone else click it we would have fresh news.

AXIS or AoA is PoA's new suballiance we created it last night due to being full ....
the new colours are
reddish orange (tigs) = AoA overlords
Dark purple = AoA lords
lighter purple = AoA leaders
like the idea of a news bit
