"Paying it forward" Mentality.
Hey,
as you all know, helping new members with resources helps them to advance much quicker than letting them go all out on their own. It's certainly helped me, so what I suggest is that everything that is borrowed by a new member should be given back, to newer members when they join.
For example, I have borrowed;
900k food
300k gold
100k lumber
800k stone
100k metal
My pledge is to give the exact amount that I have borrowed to a new recruit when I am a higher level and can produce at a much faster rate.
This would aid in power growth and to build up a stronger team as a whole.

dont feel obligged to get back to people only hm you got, you can give later people more or less, it is up to you... on higher levels you will need more, and we will share more. dont bother yourself in tracking hm you owe... we are family here and we dont pay between each others...
